It's about the music more than it's about monarchy and the music is amazing, One point it makes is that only the very wealthiest could afford it and, of course. the monarchy were amongst the wealthiest. |

There is bugger-all music associated with most of the British kings and queens - exceptions like James IV, Charles II and the early Georges make us forget about philistine numpties like the early Plantagenets or George V. |
