Subject: trowbridge/shrewsbury From: peteglasgow Date: 26 Jul 18 - 12:35 PM i went to over 20 trowbridge village pump festivals starting in 1991 and see they had another festival there last week, after a few years' absence. did anyone go to it? was it any good? was lycra man there? anyone else going to shrewsbury this year? i've been there a few years now and like it well enough but it's nowhere near as good as trowbridge was on a good year |

Subject: RE: trowbridge/shrewsbury From: peteglasgow Date: 27 Jul 18 - 03:00 PM it's a really big site and there are many sessions and workshops. on a sunny afternoon you can't beat the session in the main beer tent. later on there is loads of music and singing (and beer) in the 'pavilion' smaller sessions all round and that's without the dance tent about 5 minutes walk from the main site. hope you have a great time |
