Such a sad thing - but not unexpected as he had been ill for a long time. We had lots of fun and music together for very many years on our annual week long charter on a Thames Sailing Barge. He and Annie were great company.

Steve was an excellent musician and so friendly and approachable with it - and I hardly knew him!
Another genuine good guy gone.

I too am saddened by this news - we had the trio at the Bothy on a couple of occasions and they were never less than wonderful. Condolences to Annie especially but to all the family and those who knew him far better than I.

That is very sad, though not a complete surprise as I knew he was seriously ill. I really enjoyed the music he made with Annie, and Vic Gammon.

Just read the sad news in a Facebook post by Martin Clarke of the death last Friday of Steve Harrison. He was a lovely man and a great performer.
Kind wishes and thoughts go to his partner Annie Dearman.
