My mother told me that an advertising slogan of her youth was:

"It's fun to sin on Gordon's Gin"

but weirdly I can find no online reference to this. Can anyone source it - and other equally delightful advertising slogans?

"Naughty but nice" was apparently thought up by Salman Rushdie when he was working in advertising. But I can't remember what the product was.

And Fay Weldon is said to have come up with the 1960s campaign "Go to work on an egg".

But no one remembers the enjoyment of gin-fuelled sin?

And then a song 'never been kissed in the same place twice' (can't remember any more of it
