There's a YouTube video of this song in an unusual arrangement by "We Were Hunters". There is a refrain after every other line. The refain after the first line of the couplet is "heigh-ho and green-o"; the refrain after the last line of the couplet is "the man of green again-o" (maybe).

At the end of this rendition I can't get the words to the last couplet and refrain.
