The singer is Vera Aspey - Maypole Inn

Album is called The Blackbird (I think she sounds very Irish)

Chas and Dave did a nice version of this song on their Knees Up Jamboree Bag 3.
BTW, as I suspected from her accent, Vera Aspey is from Lancashire. I'd never heard of her before this thread, but she has a very nice voice.
