Thanks for posting that Vic. Yes, it's true, I'll be the guest at these fine venues and singing floor spots at a few other clubs along the way.

I'll be singing my collection of Trad. songs on the big Dipper G/D Anglo concertina plus a few newer songs including Si Kahn's Wild Rose of the Mountain on chromatic autoharp.

It's going to be a great tour! Please do come out to support me.

Jody

On Sunday the 4th I'll be driving from Dungworth to Doncaster "in Yorkshire near Rotherham" heading to a singing party. When I get there I'll just have to sing Spencer the Rover, eh?

Unlikely as it may appear, Dolly Parton was also attracted to Rotherham in 2011. She said; I was looking for a little apartment. I thought that would be a great place for me to go and hide out. So you never know. You may be walking down the streets of Rotherham and see me coming out of a little cubbyhole somewhere.

In the end, she decided against it.

Looking forward to seeing you at the Willows Folk Club, now at Wrea Green. Look out for the duck pond on the village green.

Wrea Green

Wonderful evening at the Willows last night - and a great start to the tour. Catch it if you can - and be prepared to join in!
