I'm looking for the name of the group (I believe a female trio) that sings a song with highway in the title and I believe contains the lyrics "I miss my baby". the album cover has them dressed in raincoats.

Could it be a cover of Bob Dylan's , Walking Down the Highway,which has the line "I really miss my baby, she's in some foreign land" ?
