Seeking copyright info on thirty ton line..believe Australian. Author is Dan Henderson, but he is deceased. Does anyone have any copyright info on this song. Would like to record on upcoming cd on lifesaving at sea.

The Danny Spooner CD is called Emerging Tradition. It seems to have been released on Danny's own label, with catalog number DS008. The album was released in 2007. Danny passed away 3 March 2017. It looks like his website, https://www.dannyspooner.com is still being maintained.

I'm afraid I don't know how/where to look up Australian copyright information.

I've recently been in contact with Sally. I initially contacted her thru an email to Mark Gregory.

Thanks. I appreciate the help. Would love Sally's address...Joe has been quite helpful on this. I love these non-USA songs, and they add so much perspective, but I would gladly turn over copyright searches to anyone. And I won't use Canadian songs at all unless I know author or it is proven by folklorists to be trad. Too much risk.
