They were very generous in their socialising. The first dinner party with them we stayed up all night - then went to the boat yard near Tower Bridge where Tony really enjoyed showing us the beautiful marine engines that so enthused him. I like to think he is steering a lovely barge on a sunny canal. We are attending MFC tonight, maybe sing one of his songs. RIP Tony. |

I first went boating with Tony and Pearl in 1982, after singing in the barn with them at Towersey festival. At least they're singing again together now. RIP Tony Kitty xx |
