Didn't happen last year as Ian cancelled it on advice of the Rowing Club. It was re laid on but in vain I think. Ian McCulloch the stalwart organiser of the Durham Partys (and Durham Festivals before) is I'm sorry to say no longer with us. He was poorly a while but we lost him earlier this year.
There is a Mudcat obit thread.
