Trump has said that "a vote for the Democrats is a vote against Israel"
The Jewish people nw seem to have become pans in Trump's political ambitions

I am fasicinated by the blanket of silence that lies against this horrendous act of antisemitism, particularly from those who are more than happy to stand up and scream the odds when so-called British antisemitism is claimed - 'silence speaks volumes' as they say
It seems that denigration of the Jewish People is only an issue when it can be used for political advantage

This article (click) says that 72% of US Jewish voters voted for Democratic candidates in the mid-term election of 2018. The Wall Street Journal says that 71% of US Jews voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016.

I guess that means there is something really weird about what Trump is saying about Jews who vote for Democrats.

After a recent Fox News poll showing 4 of the Democratic candidates running well ahead of him and indicators of a looming recession the old flimflam man is panicking. Expect a lot more crazy as we near the 2020 election.

American Jews get screwed either way you look at it.

If they're too supportive of Israel, one group of non-Jewish Americans accuses them of being more loyal to a foreign country than to the US.

If they're not supportive enough of Israel, another group of non-Jewish Americans accuses them of being disloyal to their own people (which basically translates to being disloyal to Bibi Netanyahu).

That anybody can provide a list of anti semitic (or so-called antisemitic) public figures is hardly surprising; anti-semitism is the oldest form of prejudice there is
That so called opponents of antisemitism use whataboutism to excuse the publicly-stated antisemitism of the most powerful man on the planet is a betrayal of the Jewish People

The problem, of course, is that the term 'antisemitism' has been re-defined to protect extreme right wing politics - it is no loner about Jews - it has become about those who claim to represent them
It is frightening to remember that, in some cases, the extremists that the term is being used to protect are behaving in the same was as did those who sent six million Jews, along with left wingers, trades unionists, Gypsies.... and those others deemed unfit for society, to their deaths in the extermination camps.
Jews who see through this behaviour and speak out against it are given their own Yellow Stars in the form of being labeled 'self-hating'
Albert Einstein and his Jewish colleagues warned against this happening in a letter to the New York Times in 1948   

Racism, bigotry and other forms of hated have now become a standard weapon in tyhe armoury of modern, right-wing extremist politics - those who support their use, actually or by pointing elsewhere, are equally a part of it
It really is time to start remembering the past before it happens again
