Does anyone know all the song and who wrote it that goes "I often thought that God made the mixer and the hod So that Paddy could no hell above the groud"

and later "it wasn't his intent he had a fine head of cement" while building up and tearing England down...

reminds me a lot of MacAlpine's Fusiliers so I wonder if the same (one of the Behan's) wrote it...
