Thanks for all the good wishes. Things are getting better and now being tortured 3 times a week by Physioterrorists. At least I am now sleeping better which helps a lot.
I intend to pick up my short scale banjo this weekend so wish me luck.

Its good to be part of a caring family and that includes mudcatters. Thanks again. I hope to try a short ride on the mobility scooter later today. Sleep seems almost back to normal.

Things slowly improving. Managed to get out foe a short time on my mobility scooter. Managed a couple of tunes on the small banjo. Not usual standard but I am getting there. Currently wearing an ECG monitor.

Like a cat I get only 3 hours of sleep at a time, rarely reaching Delta waves. But it works.
