Subject: RE: Apollo 12 string guitar. From: Jeri Date: 16 Dec 19 - 05:34 PM I agree with both of them. Kendall's is the best-sounding 12-string I ever hear (my experience was hearing Rick Fielding play it), and I was there when you got it. It's a beautiful sounding guitar. I'd get in touch with Nick. Maybe he's got some connections over there. |

Subject: RE: Apollo 12 string guitar. From: EBarnacle Date: 16 Dec 19 - 03:33 PM John, I believe that the value is significantly higher. Take a look at the completed eBay auctions. the question is: Do you simply want it to go to a good home or do you want a fair price? |
Subject: RE: Apollo 12 string guitar. From: John MacKenzie Date: 16 Dec 19 - 03:25 PM When I say I can't play it, I mean physically, due to arthritic joints, it plays just fine I don't really know what it's worth, I should think somewhere around £750 |
Subject: RE: Apollo 12 string guitar. From: GUEST,Starship Date: 16 Dec 19 - 03:07 PM What is it worth in money? A set-up is less than maybe 100 pounds, but if you sell it under that condition then it shouldn't be a game changer. |
Subject: Apollo 12 string guitars From: John MacKenzie Date: 16 Dec 19 - 09:23 AM Many of you will know Nick Appolonio, and his hand built guitars. Several people own his work, Gordon Bok, Kendall Morse, Ken Schatz, etc. I have one that he made for me 10 years ago, which I can't play any more. I was wondering which would be the best place to advertise it, as I see no point leaving it hanging around unplayed? I am UK based, and even more difficult, I am way up in the north of Scotland, so it's not easy to come visit for a try out. Any suggestions welcomed. |
