Moving the slider back an forth several times might move th grot to the ends of the pot otherwise Sevisol is pretty much the industry standard. They sell it on Amazon.

Can anybody recommend a suitable switch cleaner for the volume slider control on a electro acoustic guitar. The switch makes a noise when adjusting the volume.
