I thought it was just which side of the River Medway you were born; those in Faversham are East of The Medway and therefore not Kentish, but of Kent. I don’t know why people call me a pedantic old Kent though.

I thought the Men Of Kent were Jutes whereas Kentish Men, the lesser order, were the Saxon hordes. I wouldn't have had you down as a Saxon, Dick...

I asked my father-in-law which he was, and he informed me that he was a proud Jute, therefore a Man Of Kent. I'm not sure he knew what I was on about...
