Thank you, cnd. (I'm getting too old for this stuff.) It begs the question: what is the exact title of the work we're looking for? (I'm not sure that would help all that much, but . . . .)

Starship, that link has it under the name "Living Ghosts: Poems by Brendan Kennelly (sound recording), Livia, 1982"

I did also just find this link (http://www.artscouncil.ie/uploadedFiles/An_Chomhairle_Ealaion_1982.pdf), which reports that Livia Records was given a 300 pound grant for the completion of the Living Ghosts cassette (p. 10).

I unfortunately couldn't find much on this one for you. If you know which songs appeared on the album, this book (titled Breathing Spaces: Early Poems) may have some of the poems in print form; it advertises itself as having "22 songs, several of which are previously unpublished" - given how little I've been able to find about this cassette and the similarity in numbers, they could be the same?

Similarly, (this Audio CD may be of use if you can learn the track names. It has Kennelly reading 48 of his poems, and comes with a booklet. Then again, it also says it was recorded in June 2002, so it seems less likely.

Otherwise, I could find only 5 references to the cassette, and many of them are probably based on each other.
