The last thread of this title runs from 2008 - 2018 with over 500 posts, which from my point of view, gets a bit unwieldy, hence the re-start in 2020.
I also figured that I can't be the only 'Catter to use the Corona Lockdowns to update their music channels!

Mine is actually PAUL LAWLER's (my late partner) channel, started in 2011, but mostly now used by me to document and upload our music from before the easy days of iPhones and mostly, pre-Internet.
So most of it needs digitising from old tapes - and moving pictures are a rarity! (necessitating the slideshows)

There are solo performances from both Paul Lawler and Richenda Bridge, and from various "a cappella harmony" groups we have been a part of over the years, in Darwin, NT and Maleny, QLD (Australia) :

Thanks for sharing Richenda. I use my channel as a repository for the folk songs I collect (and write). Just passed 700 uploads.

The Internet is a great resources for preserving the past and also sharing globally in a way that was never possible before.

Hi mudcatters,

I am Tony from the Isle of Man and have been uploading songs of all genres on YouTube since 2008.
I have well over 3,000 videos, mostly songs, but also some tutorials and some scenic shots of walks around my island home.
I add lyrics and chords to my songs in the hopes that they will help others to either play along with me or learn the song for themselves.

I started early with Youtube and have around 300 videos on it now, with over 2 million views, but for the last 5 years I'm lucky to get 50 views per video. Besides my own fingerstyle guitar and blues, oldtime, oldies, gospel, and originals, I record songs from our local bluegrass and folk community and post them on my channel. Not sure if my channel is Brad Sondahl, or whether this clicky will lead you to it. https://www.youtube.com/channel
