I know you're both busy, so I've taken a stab at it. In a few places I went to another performance of the song by a music teacher who seemed to have been reading some lyrics from a lead sheet, so I'm presuming her lyrics are accurate. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fdu3MmstmY ). BTW, this is a beautiful song, and thanks for opening that door. The song has four stanzas, each followed by the same refrain. The title is 'Welcome Here Kind Stranger', written by Tommy Sands.
