I have the lyrics for this song and I've seen videos online by Walt Mills, but I cannot for the life of me find any information as to year or author of song. Any information would be much appreciated. Lyrics I have are:

The official name of the song is "I'm On My Way To Heaven"

Song is was released in 1977 and attributed to Walt Mills by himself (on a 45 rpm) and by Jimmy Swaggart.
