Ladies and gentlemen of the jury;

The deliberate classifying and blocking of infection information, WHO, CDC, experts and science itself, combined with deliberate inaction amounts to murder in the first degree by the vengeful Donald Trump in my opinion.

Even the NIH is being upstaged by a new White House modeling and propogandized task force.(Fighting a pandemic is more than a mere task.)

I am anxious to hear how the defense can be more tolerent and do not see evidence of murder or manslaughter but perhaps only see some degree of negligence or ignorance.

How would you vote?

What you cite there are all attempts to control the message and damn the public welfare and safety but one thing he can't discount when he's spewing his lies and misinformation on cable news channels is the death toll plastered on the screen to his left, though calling it over-inflated seems to be his current strategy for coping with COVID19 after his last one, he and Jared calling their response "a complete success" didn't improve his poll number.
He and his sleazy mob are a fucking disgrace.

He talks about "Trump haters," but it is more severe than that. People despise him. They abhor his voice, his face, his stupid off-the-cuff ideas. For the safety of the nation, no one I know would make room for him on the raft.

No need for new accusations, just round up the existing ones. Everything from rape to reckless endangerment and now, manslaughter (because he doesn't know who his specific victims are as he struggles to keep his bottom-line propped up). His self-dealing to scoop up as many federal dollars as possible is treasonous (the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government). He would overthrow the government to be phucking king. Add up enough of those and you have what Wikipedia says is enough for a federal execution.

Actually, I don't hate him. I pity and loath him. His total lack of empathy and his resulting isolation have made him a lonely "man." He has no friends, only associated sycophants who seem to wait in line to be thrown under the next bus to save his hide once again.
When, not if, he is brought to trial, it is conceivable that there will be no credible character witnesses to say positive things about him. As he considers himself a Christ figure, perhaps he should be crucified after conviction. It's cruel and unusual but so is he.

"A fair trial", what was I thinking, no chance of that as long as he's got the nation's top law enforcement officer operating as his personal attorney and "fixer". Another compelling reason to vote him out, aside from getting rid of Barr and returning to the rule of law, is to give state and municipal prosecutors a crack at him in a venue where he might be brought to justice.

Yet there is no proof of drugs. I would think that his lawyer Cohen would have outed him by now if it were true.

I think Donald is just another self deluded businessman with social psychopathy. Anyone who he has hired, Trump believes he actually bought. The worst disloyal betrayal in his eyes is to not STAY bought.

As an aside, I used the phrase J'accuse a lot with my twins when they were growing up. They only found out it was a literary reference watching South Park or The Simpsons as late teenagers, and were vastly amused, as was I when they told me about it.

They are 25 today. That is 625 parent-years...

I didn't read the book but I saw the movie J'Accuse, (French: “I accuse”) celebrated open letter by Émile Zola to the president of the French Republic in defense of Alfred Dreyfus, a Jewish officer who had been accused of treason by the French army. "Paths of Glory" is one Film that made me feel as physically sick as any work of artifice ever has.Admittedly, I was not then twenty, (and all three words were then accurate enough) and of course the response is by no means to be regarded as an adverse comment on Kubrick.
