I just got a leaflet for the Cheltenham Folk Festival on Feb 4-6th. It sounds really good with good bands, sessions & singarounds & workshops etc. Also indoor camping. Is anyone else going? Has anyone been before & can recommend it? The website seems to be talking about last year's event at the moment, but it looks largely similar to this year's leaflet & should give you a good idea. Cheltenhams a bit far away for me. I am going to Helmsley in the NE at the end of January - its not a formal festival, just a lot of friends having a good sing. But I'll have a look at whats on offer on the website.
