Hi Malcolm
Apart from duplicates the most likely scenario is I left them all with Sally, as my policy currently is to pass on as much as I can to younger members. None of us are getting any younger and we need to know our archives are safe. What I have kept is in a box stuffed at the back of the loft so it may be a while before I can dig em out.

I had all the daily newsletters from wayback, but I can't remember if I got them back from Sally or not. I'll check.

I gave all my newsletters and programmes to Sally when they were producing the anniversary book so she must have a pretty comprehensive collection, but I'll check to see if I have anything else. Obviously a few photos from the 60s. I didn't go to the first one but all the others from the second one onwards.

If you need a deposit for the archive once collated I'm sure we can include it in the prodigious Hull Folk Archive in Hull History centre.

X Steve

I've only got this century's programmes. The Wailers get thrown away. Good luck finding any of those.

I have now got around to notating details of Whitby Folk Festival 1968 from details sent to me by Rosie Davis of a one page (A4) programme she had discovered.
All except the Wednesday night finale are descipherable so help with that would be great.
I am fairly sure I was there in 1968 and I have a fair amount of material easily accessible from other years I attended as a punter.
I also obviously have all programmes from 1982 (when I first got involved fully) to 2019. I have very few daily newsletters even for the years I was totally involved.
I would love to obtain any reliable information (other than the obvious) and am happy to meet any copying / postage costs involved.
At almost 79 I am hopeful that with input from others I can put together a realistic archive of the event before it is too late.
