Look at the Selby mummers play if I remember correctly it is vert short

I was in a group that did our version of the Galoshins play: it took about 20 minutes, and we wrote in a lot of topical stuff. (It was pre-Covid, but we did have some medical jokes! Jeremy Hunt was then Health Minister, so there was a long pause before saying his surname!)

Versions of the Scottish 'Galoshins' play tend to be pretty short.

You will find a Mummer's play in Lancashire Legends. Just do a search on "Mummers" . It is in 2 acts which makes it quite long but we have successfully done just act one which makes it a lot shorter.
