two animals that I have never seen before come across the green. What animals are they?

Mink, I think - which are wiping out native stoats in England.

It looks like a banded mongoose. Definitely not a mink.

My bad!   NEDBANK -- I misread the name.

It's in South Africa.
I didn't know that the mongoose
was native to South Africa.

Thanks. What an extraordinary animal. I've heard of them, and I even read Riki Tiki Tavi long ago, but I had no idea they looked like that.
