I thought it was "keeps" as well but wasn't able to find a known song by that name that was the right one.

Could also be "Time Keeps Tickin' By". Not really sure (too muffled a recording), but no result though

For a limited time, the full 10-hour broadcast (with all speeches and songs) could be downloaded at: https://we.tl/t-h8pQ0RR72S. There is a limit to the web server, so the file could only be available for about a week or so.

Last month, I accidentally found a recording of the Vietnam Moratorium Day rally on November 15, 1969. There are a lot of folksingers invited to the rally (by Peter Yarrow) to perform for the protesting crowd that was half a million strong. The event is best known for the crowd singing "Give Peace a Chance" with Pete Seeger yelling "Are you listening, Nixon?"

I've uploaded the music performances from the event to YouTube and here is the playlist: Moratorium Day, November 15, 1969. There were a lot of brilliant speeches at the event, too, but I didn't have the time to upload them.

01. Peter Yarrow - Day Is Done
02. John Hartford - Orphan of World War Two
03. Tom Paxton - Jimmy Newman
04. Tom Paxton - Last Night I Had the Strangest Dream
05. Arlo Guthrie - I've Got to Know
06. Arlo Guthrie - This Land Is Your Land
07. [performance by an unrecognized singer]
08. Peter, Paul & Mary - The Times They Are A-Changin'
09. Pete Seeger & Rev. Kirkpatrick - Bring 'Em Home
10. Richie Havens - Freedom
11. Earl Scruggs - Foggy Mountain Breakdown
12. Charlie Daniels & Earl Scruggs - Maggie's Farm
13. Charlie Daniels & Earl Scruggs - Simple Song of Freedom
14. The Cleveland Quartet - String Quartet No. 4 in C minor, Op. 18, No. 4
15. Peter, Paul & Mary - If I Had a Hammer
16. Peter, Paul & Mary - If I Were Free
17. John Denver - I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel to be Free
18. The Cast of Hair - Let the Sunshine In
19. Pete Seeger & Everyone - Give Peace a Chance
