Wow, I wasn't expecting such a quick response. Delighted to learn that it is you. My friend Jock has tried calling the number a few times but it always rings out. The only other information I have found by googling is a discussion board where someone mentions that he lives in Benidorm. Perhaps that is where is currently resides? We're very interested to learn what became of him.

Jock also asked me to mention that he knew Nicky Walsh. Perhaps that it someone you know mutually?

Hello, I am posting here to make contact with Jim Mclean.

I am hoping I have the right person and that you might be able to help me. On behalf of an elderly friend, I am on the trail of a singer named Spencer King who made a record with Nevis records in the early seventies. This friend of mine is a great admirer of his and has also wondered what happened to him. There is very little on the internet. Might you be the same Jim Mclean who produced that record? And if so, might you be able to shed some light on this mystery?

I hope other readers of this message do not mind me posting here. I have very few leads to go on.
