Here's the commentary from the YouTube video, just in case something happens to it:

In 1930, William 'Bud' Jamison and Jimmie Adams teamed up as The Rolling Stones for a series of movie shorts based on a pair of singing vagabonds who would find themselves touring through America to unique locations. Originally intended to be a series of six short movies comprising 'The Rolling Stone Series', only two episodes were completed and released, both in colour; 'The Rolling Stones In The Mountains' followed by 'The Rolling Stones In The Desert'.

The two songs featured on the first episode of the series, 'I'm a Rolling Stone' and 'Who's That Calling Me?, do appear to have been released at the time. It was in the second episode of the series that the two songs released on this record were featured.

Down By The Old Rio Grand, recorded September 15, 1930, is the A side of this Canadian pressing. Jimmie and Bud share the vocals and contribute harmonica and guitar work.

Adams died in 1933 at the age of 45, but Bud Jamison went on with his career and is commonly known best for his supporting roles in 38 episodes of The Three Stooges.

Looking at the better known group, I see Charlie Watts turned 80 a couple of days ago. At 84, Bill Wyman seems to be the oldest one time member.
