Subject: Lyr Req: Tune: msmdrrrmrL... From: Joe_F Date: 26 Jun 22 - 09:51 PM I am curious about a tune that has been on my mind for many years. It does not sound traditional. I have made shift to learn enough ABC to write it out that way: X:1 T:Query M:C L:1/8 K:C |e2 g2 e2 c2|d d d e d2 A2| B2 B c d2 B A|G2 f2 e4| e2 g2 e2 c2|d d d e d2 A2| B2 B c d2 B2|G2 d2 c4 However, I have had no luck with search engines. In case all you want to do is hum it, here it is in solfa (scale DRMFSLTdrmfslt; dots mean continuation for another half beat): m.s.m.d.rrrmr.L. T.Tdr.T.S.f.m... m.s.m.d.rrrmr.L. T.Tdr.T.S.r.d... Over the years it has accreted in my depraved mind some tasteless words about a fat man who drinks orange phosphate, but they are unlikely to be the real ones. |
