I was reminded by the threads about a Fylde cittern and Moira Folk Festival being adjacent!

Sadly the 2022 Fylde FAB festival scheduled for Sept 1st - 6th has been cancelled.

Thanks Dave. We miss the original Fylde Folk Festival run by Alan Bell.

Rachel has made great efforts to continue with a more modest event.

These are certainly difficult times.

The original was great. We used to have a family festival with the kids at Whitby then recover with an adults only one at Fylde a week later :-) I have been to a few of the FAB events and enjoyed them too. As you say, Rachel has done well and I am sure she was devastated at having to cancel

Will the sessions continue? I attended the last festival run by Alan Bell as a volunteer steward and spent all my spare time in tunes sessions. It was an excellent weekend. I can't play now so I wouldn't be going anyway but would session players be welcome?

Fleetwood Folk Club Free Charity Folk Festival at the Strawberry Gardens. All events are Free admission,
but we will have collecting buckets for the RNLI. We are hoping that you will be very generous with your donations.
