That song is on Martyn Wyndham-Read's 2013 album Starlit Skies. The album's booklet says "Rather than put the words and text for each song within this booklet, they are available through my website www.martynwyndhamread.com." But it looks like they aren't there any more, and that site also seems not to be archived in the Internet Archive.

Of course, Liz wrote it (and sings it) as an unaccompanied song, so it works perfectly well without chords.

I went to the Internet Archive once I knew what obsolete web site (you need the URL) to look for. I don't know how the site is indexed as far as doing a direct search into the abyss to see if it comes up with anything.

Internet Archive home page - there are lots of categories there. And there is a lot of Mudcat stuff there.
