Oh for the days when singers were judged by the quality of their performance and didn't have to reply on pop music style video productions to attract attention.

There are a lot of things going on in that arrangement that are encouraging and important. Sam Lee has made some errors, however, I have always believed his heart is in the right place, and the musical arrangement here is quite encouraging. It appears to incorporate a number of cultural areas, and that cannot be bad. I can hardly stand up so I am not commenting on the dancing. My only criticism would be that Sam has dragged the rhythm, and the story limps along as a result. His vocals are pleasant and the tone of his voice is attractive.
Fewer histrionics and I would have no argument at all.

I do not like this...nor much of what Sam Lee does...seems way to Mannered.

Some will like that it is using modern methods on an old song..and love it.
I say good luck to them...but it's not for me..
