Stilly, do you understand the purpose of Big Issue, it exists so homeless people can raise money, and is sold on streets by homeless people.

You can actually subscribe online, and I've kept mine going after lockdown as I sometimes miss the vendor.

I hope it comes to Australia's Big Issue I get it every fortnight. The vendor buys it for half the cover price & it always has excellent articles.

Shirley Collins tells how ‘heartbreaking’ divorce stole her singing voice. The folk legend told The Big Issue her split from Ashley Hutchings left her so “wretched with sorrow” she couldn’t continue her career.

“I’m so ashamed of it now,” she said. “If I could go back, I would tell my younger self to stand up for herself. I should have spoken out and been tougher.”
