I heard the US Navy's bluegrass band Country Current perform at IBMA a few weeks ago. They performed a song about two people named Tom and Katie Harper. I don't remember much about it other than them living together in a cabin on the hill he built in the fall of "67".

I'm in the process of contacting the band, but I recall it being a nice song, so figured I'd ask here to see if anyone else knows it, and will share here if I get an answer.

I got a response from the band -- the song is called Quicksburg and is written by their lead singer, Musician First Class Caleb Cox. They have yet to formally record the song. Haven't located a live recording of the song, yet, but if I find a live recording I'll be sure to share.

Otherwise, if you have the chance to see them, you should check them out!
