2024 Obit: Tom Hems - Cardiff

I have no information beyond the fact that Tom Hems (Cardiff) was found dead in his home in March 2024.
Tom was a local Scout leader, and was active in the Cardiff folk scene.
He was a regular at the (now ended) BBC Folk Club
He supported Cardiff's "Ruff Ceilidh" (previously known as the "Heath Ceilidh" (held at Cardiff's Heath Hospital), where he often ran the bar.
He will be sorely missed.
