I'm not sure.

I once asked the manager of a local hotel there but was given Fawlty information.

Another sign of the decline of uk folk clubs, in the past there was a folk club there , now there is not one in Torquay .
I played at the old Torquay folk club several times,Solo and as part of a duo with Richard Grainger and with New Mexborough English Concertina Quartet it was well attended on all occasions
