Hi - a Forum search turns up a few threads on this great song. I think the best transcribption of the lyrics is in this thread (click).

Cool, I searched before sending the previous reply and nothing came up. How did you do this. I will also send the chords. I know them. Gotta go pull all the citrus aff the trees in preparation of Central Florida's freeze tonight. chords will hopefully be coming after dark. Kristi

In the third part (instrumental part) it bounces between a Bb and G for eight beats apiece. I'm not totally sure of the timing of chords with the words, but the chords should be right. Also the intro and pauses between verses etc just hang on a G
