I am really down with the alvo sounds of cats ranging from Scrapper Blackwell (AKA Francis Blackwell) and his amazing piano and guitar duets, to the rocking sounds of Johnny Lang and Buddy Guy. I recently found out about this new artist called Shannon Curfman. She is a sort of protegee of Johnny Lang and is amazing. The thing that's really is amazing is that she is 14 years old and can already hold her own. I found some info on her and thought I would pass it on to other fans out there. Man! She be hangin' outta that ol' car looking like out for fun and she can't even drive it yet! But she does a nice job at the mike, no mistake. Get her a driver's license for Christmas! And tell her to come over to MudCat!
