I am truly amazed that besides myself only a couple of other people have clued into the FACT that

katlaughing = SORCHA

If this isn't true, how 'bout some photos? of this person, who in the extremely short time she has been here, is incredibily familiar with everyone, and has extensive knowledge of many aspects of this forum, which completely supercede the amount of time this SORCHA has in fact, been here.

Time to cut the shit.

Aw come on, folks -- You all know that 'GUEST-Who's it this time' is only trying to get our hackles up again. Just ignore the little bugger.

I think this is pretty funny, considering that he can't even decide on his own name, so he has to try to 'out' somebody else. Sad, sad, sad. So, let's not turn his fire up any higher and . . .

JUST IGNORE HIM . . . like a bad smell, he'll go away eventually.

I have it on good authority that Banjo Bonnie is really a figment of Cat'spaw's imagination. Invented solely for the purpose of allowing him to revel in his feminine side. The charming lass and her Vega who was just here frailing away, was obviously an imposter. (although she IS 2" taller than you 'Spaw.)

Original, insightful, compassionate, thoughtful, enthusiastic, helpful, energetic, constructive, creative, kind, friendly, supportive, motivating, funny, attractive and intelligent. These all seem appropriate descriptions of Áine's nature.

So unless she's been leading a terribly deceptive double life, the relationship you have chosen to take toward her kind of puts you in the position of looking sneaky, cowardly, underhanded, smallminded, petty, inarticulate, undereducated, self-centered, uncaring, ignorant, inexperienced, immorally underdeveloped, bitter, spiteful, neurotic, unaware, unkindly, demoralized, introverted, egotistical, selfserving, thoughtless, useless and stupid.

But it's your choice, "deary" -- may you find the joy of it where no-one else can see any! I think it's over on alt.sci.psych.biteme.

Having all ready created three fictitious brothers for myself (Reg, Reg, and Reg) and having Catspaw simply steal them from the great white north and cyber-relocate them in Ohio, I have nothing more to say......except...that I'm considering creating a Mudcat character with:

Big Mick's sex appeal (assuming his photos aren't 25 years out of date)

Sandy Paton's wisdom.

Joe Offer's computer skills.

Gargoyle's gall

Kat's kindness.

Catspaw's ability to function while seriously medicated.

Mike K's infuriating ability to quickly learn hard chords

Peter T's sentence structure.

Liam Devlin's singing range

Duckboots' figure (in a male sort of way!)

My sense of humour.

Nah....wouldn't be believable!

Jeezus, time to get back to work. Bring on the next banjo player!

I've found that if you set the text size on the browser down to "smallest" it's a lot quicker to read the threads, but it's still easy to read the individual posts - and best of all, it cuts that the Nowhere Man's posts down so small you can't read them at all.

Even so, though it's been quite an enjoyable thread so far (especially with the font turned down), I think it really would be better to ignore efforts by anonymous troublemakers to start threads like this, and let them rapidly sink out of site.

It may well be that rampant, uncontrolled thread creep is a better way to deal with the occasional a**hole that invades with rude threads. Perhaps if we play fiercely with everything they give us, they'll stop giving us toys. Sort of co-opting for good, rather than evil.

Just a thought.

Althought the original premise of this thread lacked merit, I ran the last four messages from Sorcha and from the kat/ through an old version of rightwriter. The program points out clear differences in style. Sorcha's writing is more succinct, while kat's is more descriptive.

Actually, I will answer to ALMOST anything, Sorcha, Mary,Mom, Hey you, Estes Park Pipe Band, etc. After almost 50 yrs on the Planet, I do know a little bit about who I am. Not everything, and it is consantly changing. If "IT" wants my e-mail, IT is welcome to it; at least then I could Reply to Sender and get IT'S real address!

The thing with slimeballs is either to cut 'em dead with silence, or hit them square between the eyes bam. But, to do that, as with a mule, ya have to get his attention first.

Ah, sure Sorcha, that's right. Thank you for the promotion! It's WyoWoman who is the Supreme Editor, though, I just write the op/ed pieces. She writes damn fine ones & edits the paper to boot!

Oh, well done, everybody! Kill the troublemakers with laughter! I have been snorting iced tea through my nose since the first post--many thanks for a great lesson in how to deal with stupidity!

JL (who has been convinced that Amos is Superman since reading his creations in the Song Challenge) LMAO!

maybe i'm just imagining things but it seems to me we took a potentially violent thread, and instead of responding in anger we used humor, and the original intent of this thread became a moot point. good job everyone.

I thought I gave you the facts Sorcha. A laughing Sorcha is not a kat/laureate.

And I believe the word was gandoura or gandurah, Mbo. Amos, wearing his tie-died gandurah, wacked his VAX because it wouldn't let go of his bootstrap.
