As usual, I'm looking for a song..not in DT, threads, or even the Gospel music archives.. Anyone help with this?... Something like "There is sunshine in my soul today..etc?".. Last time I heard it, it was sung by Burl Ives in a gospel album.. Thanks for you help, & "Keep on the Sunny Side!"..Gary |

That's where I got the following info. Words: Eliza Edmunds Stites Hewitt, in Glad Hallelujahs, by William Kirkpatrick and John Sweney (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Thomas T. Tasker, Sr., 1887). Hewitt, a Philadelphia school teacher, suffered a severe back injury; after six months in a cast, she was finally able to take a simple walk in the park.
