I'm trying to complete a list of blues artists who have appeared in the following blues/folk festivals: Ann Arbor Blues Festival (Michigan), Ann Arbor Blues/Jazz Festival (Windsor, Canada), Berkeley Blues Festival, Newport Blues Festival, Newport Jazz Festival (Rhode Island & New York City), Monterey Jazz Festival, and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. I've made reference to Blues Who's Who, a biographical dictionary compiled by Sheldon Harris, but this work was published in 1978 and I'm looking to continue to document the appearances of various artists after '78. I've referred to appropriate websites, but very few have comprehensive histories. Furthermore, I'll need substantial documentation since the information will compliment research that may be published.
