Boy, the net is busy tonite! Anyway, when I downloaded/installed RealPlayer 7, I also got RealJukebox, unasked for. If I delete/uninstall RealJuke, will I also uninstall RealPlayer? Anybody know?

Sorcha - assuming you are on win95, go to programs, realaudio, and you will see an "unistall RealJukeBox" - it doesn't effect realaudio

You can delete it, but RealJukebox is an excellent program for recording CD music onto a computer sound file. But you know, if you don't use that kinda thing...ditch it.

Thanks, I was kinda chicken, cause I did not want to lose the Radio show. but this damn Windows keeps telling me C drive is full---and I KNOW that.......don't need CD sound files in my puter, I have an E drive output jack into head phones, a stereo, and 2 boom boxes. I am beginning to understand why phoaks hate Windows........I have 98 Update and IE. Will delete.

Awwww Sorch...you need a 4 gig hard drive like me! Anyone want to auction anything of so we can get the $1400 it costs to get Sorch a Compaq Presario Internet Computer? You'll never have troubles again...Windows will be a dream...well, it is for me! I got it! People pay big bucks to have me write tunes for them! I got an e-mail from Banjo bonnie today, telling me she's having problems downloading RealProducer. You can Click here to get to a download page for all the "Real" products. You have to be really observant to find the links for the free software at www.real.com. I've sorted through most of the layers of the stuff they want to sell you, and here are the links I've come up with for downloading the free versions:

RealPlayer Basic 7 (click here)

RealProducer 7 Basic (click here)

Those links should get you through MOST of the hurdles, but you still have to be careful. I'm not providing a link to RealJukebox, because it's easy to find and I'm not yet convinced it's a good product (well, it works fine, but it keeps trying to sell you stuff).

Yes, I had a dickens of a time finding the free version, and more dickens getting it downloaded and unzipped. It came with RealJuke, which I have now uninstalled and RealPlayer works just fine w/o it.

I recently had problems downloading Realplayer as well and fortunately Amos kindly helped me. My problem wasn't with Realplayer it seems, but Stuffit did not have enough memory or something in it to do the complete download. I increased the memory, again thanks to Amos and Voila! it works great. I finally got to see and hear Mudcat Radio!

Bonnie's problem is that she gets to a page where she's supposed to enter a serial number, and she doesn't have a serial number to enter - and it won't let her just click through the page. I haven't installed it myself because it's a Beta, and I swore I'd never put another Beta on my machine after a Beta version of MSN boggled my last computer.
Can anybody help Bonnie, or whatever name she's using nowadays?? Can anybody tell us where to download the non-Beta version of RealProducer?

At the very bottom of tht page is a notice for an older version for users that may not have a large enough system. Is Bonnie using Mac?

Hi guys, I did it!
Whatever Joe offered (get it) above, worked.
I now have RealPlayer installed. Not that I have any clue how to use it, but mission was accomplished.
