I'm trying an idea that was discussed last HearMe regarding plugging and instrument directly into the sound card. I need someone to let me know if they can hear me. I'll keep a continuous song going for a while. If anyone is willing, get on HearMe and text chat whether my sound is getting thru or not. Thanx.

If y'all are willing again, I think I've got something - at least I'm getting volume in the sound recorder now... I'll be in hearMe @ 10:40pm, hoping someone else shows up.

FYI, anyone who is interested - limited success. Got some sound thru, but it was very quiet. However, I think that might be problems in my sound card. Will carry various paraphernalia over to another computer by Sunday and give it a go there. Will post results if there is still an interest.
