"We have a song in our database by the title "Lord, Give Me Just A Little More Time" by Albert E. Brumley."

Looks to be that's her, Joe.

Thanks, 999. I changed the thread title and my lyrics entry to reflect the songwriter attribution.
I had known that Brumley wrote songs for Stamps-Baxter before going off on his own.

I am looking for the copyright holder and date for "Give Me Just A Little More Time" by Albert E. Brumley. It was recorded by E.C. Ball in 1972, but I do not have a copy of that record. I have a Finest Kind recording of the song, but the author and copyright holder are not attributed there.

Does anyone know? Does anyone have a recording of the song? Can you check the liner notes to see if there's any copyright information? If you can find anything, I would greatly appreciate it if you can contact me at [e-mail].

Anybody have this song in a Stamps-Baxter hymnal or any hymnal, for that matter? I wonder if Stamps-Baxter tends to quash the works of songwriters who leave the fold...
