Tune Req: Lady of Knock

Subject: Help! Sheet Music for Lady of Knock

I need help finding the sheet music for the Irish hymn "Our Lady of Knock" also known as "Queen of Ireland". We've checked the DT and all the usual links, but no luck. Also went to two churches, but that hymn although known is not in US Catholic hymn books. We have the words, it's the arrangement we need. Any help will be appreciated. PJ
