Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: wysiwyg Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:04 PM Can we newer members have the list for those who would have qualified in the previous year? Please? ~Susan~ |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: KathWestra Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:06 PM What's a Mucat? Is that pronounced Muck-it? Mew-cat? I've been to many a delightful Mudcat gathering. These Mucats must be cheap imitations. Glad I'm part of the real thing! |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: katlaughing Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:11 PM Yet another pathetic attempt from behind a mask. |

Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: TTCM (retired) Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:14 PM Make you a deal Kat, you leave this forum permanently and we will too. You, more so than anyone else here, including us, personify all that is wrong with this Forum. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: MMario Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:15 PM you really should stop talking to yourself. It doesn't look good, TTCM, expecially when you use little pet names, such as you do. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: TTCM (retired) Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:17 PM MMario, have viewed your photo.
You know, a Mars bar a day, is just.....a suggestion. . |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: jeffp Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:17 PM I just figured ttcm was listing all of his friends for us. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Peter T. Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:20 PM Aw, crumbs, why can't I personify everything that is wrong with this Forum. Why does kat get all the luck? Pretty please, can I be the personification this time, huh, can I, can I??yours, Peter T. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: katlaughing Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:25 PM In yer dreams, Peter! Maniacally laughing....ahahaha! Like I said, pathetic |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Rick Fielding Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:41 PM Oh all right Peter, how 'bout if you be the personification of "evil"? Thanks Mmario. I knew all those Mel Bay books would pay off for me eventually. I'll practice hard from now til August in case there's a cancellation. Rick |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Peter T. Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:44 PM Crumbs. It's always you. MOMMMMMMMM!!!! |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Caitrin Date: 31 Mar 00 - 03:45 PM Well, if you don't consider anyone here talented or knowledgable, why bother with us? I mean, are we underlings not just a horrible waste of thy precious time, O Great Arbiter? How could pathetic mortals like our humble selves possibly be worth the trouble? *sigh* Who knew that musical gods lived such a boring existence? |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Bert Date: 31 Mar 00 - 05:20 PM Hey kat, I see that 'he of the little font' is at it again. You know, this is a guy who has met some of us and has been nice and polite to our faces. What a wonderful brave person he is. Sad isn't it, to think that we have people of such little integrity on the Mudcat. and kat, I think you're one of the best things that's happened to the Mudcat. The only really bad thing is the gutless wonder clique, the gang of three. Bert. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: catspaw49 Date: 31 Mar 00 - 05:29 PM I guess Mucats deal with menusia. Go practice Rick. Mario, lay off those candy bars. Kat and Peter, go personify something....possibly Bert. Me? I gotta' go take a TTCM. Spaw |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 31 Mar 00 - 05:31 PM AS many as three? Yet again I post this song that sums it all up
|
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: katlaughing Date: 31 Mar 00 - 05:35 PM Thanks, Bert, makes ya wonder....what if they had a forum and....nobody came? How about it phoaks? wanna give the s/he/it a day all to themselves; they could do multiple postings to themselves..in a vacumm of silence. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: TTCM (retired) Date: 31 Mar 00 - 05:45 PM Only sickness, dismemberment, or death could keep you from posting here LafKat. As much as we detest your online personality, we do not wish any of these upon you or anyone else here...but our earlier offer still stands. Better yet, how 'bout a novel Mudcat Fundraising Drive? either: For the good of the Forum, if the bidding was to reach over $2,000.00 , you agree to leave and never come back, nor in any other identity....or, We agree to reveal our true identity and leave this Forum forever. Here's something else to chew on Bert. What if we were, Katlaughing? Afterall we could be anyone, or a collection of several or many people on this Forum? Keep guessing and dreaming. TTCM --the other clique on Mudcat-- |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Bert Date: 31 Mar 00 - 05:58 PM What do you think kat? If we knew his identity, would we want him to leave forever? I don't think so. I've got an idea who he maybe and I'd just love to tell him to his face just what I think of him. But of course his courage is defined by the size of his font, so he'll never come out of the closet. Funny, a guy calling himself 'the true conscience' and he doesn't have any;-) Bert. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 31 Mar 00 - 06:02 PM "We" Wee "we"... |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Bert Date: 31 Mar 00 - 06:02 PM Oh and by the way kat, I know it's not you, You've got more balls than he has. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Lonesome EJ Date: 31 Mar 00 - 06:17 PM LOL. Damn, Bert, that was a dandy! |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: catspaw49 Date: 31 Mar 00 - 06:20 PM Hey guys, now be nice to TTCM.....he has balls. One is the size of a pea and the other's real tiny. Spaw |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Sorcha Date: 31 Mar 00 - 06:48 PM Yea bert! It's not kat, and it's not me! Have a real fun time at the hotel by yourself, at least the bill will be small. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: katlaughing Date: 31 Mar 00 - 06:56 PM Never gamble with someone who hides behind a mask of chickenshit. Oh, and guys, this one may be dually equipped, if ya know what I mean...two for the price of one. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: skarpi Date: 31 Mar 00 - 07:26 PM Hallo all ,this maybe first April fool, but this is a fantanstic idea. Think about it all these Mutcat´s family together oh I like this idea, hmmmmmmmm TTCM well it is your idea so you better start working on it. I was playing some music for the people at my work tonight and I played Icelandic music for the first time in some months and it was hard to remember it, it´s a shame .I forgot how Icelandic music is great. So my mudcat family be friends and love to you all. Skarpi Iceland. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: DougR Date: 31 Mar 00 - 09:50 PM Simply amazed that so many folks continu to feed TTCM's ego by replying to his postings. Break your pick on the big ones. DougR |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: fulurum Date: 31 Mar 00 - 10:48 PM ttcm i was surprisedto see that even you didn't make your own list. now thats really pathetic. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: TheMuse Date: 31 Mar 00 - 11:37 PM Good one, fulurum!! |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: GUEST,flattop Date: 31 Mar 00 - 11:51 PM Flo Zeigfield started out charging neighbourhood kids to see his invisible fish. Perhaps the guest list indicated a budding promotional genius. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Big Mick Date: 01 Apr 00 - 06:13 AM I am a negotiator. I analyze offers from across the table for a living. Let me tell you what is wrong with your idiotic proposal. It allows you to just disappear as TTCM, but stick around as whatever your real persona is. Now, if you were to reveal yourself and then make the offer, that would be a real offer. Otherwise you remain just a poor soul who actually is so arrogant as to believe that you speak for someone other than yourself. While I may agree with a few of your criticisms, I am reminded of what my dear aul Gran once pointed out to me long ago. A broken clock is right twice a day.
This poor deluded person actually believes his/her own shite. TTCM, you need to read the "Lee Haggerty" thread. A strong statement on the value of a person is found in what others say when they are gone. What will be said of you? |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: skarpi Date: 01 Apr 00 - 08:08 AM Hmmmmmm , This is not good, ignore this tread. I was fooled , dammm shame on you TTCM. So on with the music. |
Subject: RE: Mucat Convention - Worldwide gathering From: Mooh Date: 01 Apr 00 - 08:34 AM Yeah, yeah, yeah, April Fools to you too, but you know the idea isn't bad. Location sucks, as does the elitist invitation idea, but if we all got together, perhaps by continent...wow, what a party! Mooh. |
