Subject: Hey Sister. From: rpm Date: 02 Apr 00 - 12:40 AM From someone who doesn't play an instrument.... I was out for the evening and someone at the table mentioned a song about nun's in Catholic school's. They could only remember "Hey Sister, _____ Sister, Bet you can't catch me __(in the hallways?)___ sister, I heard you coming by the rattle of your rosary beads...." Friends say it is laudatory and not pejorative, they think they heard it from "O'Malley's March ?" of Baltimore, MD, but don't know of a recording. I've a brother who might be able to strum & pluck if anyone can help. Thanks, Bob |
