Subject: RE: HELP: O'Rourke tapes of Irish songs From: John Moulden Date: 19 Apr 00 - 07:30 AM These tapes (4 in total) were available, as it says on page 4 of both books, from Camus Productions c/o Regional Technical College, Dublin Road, Galway. Camus is Brian O'Rourke's own label and lists other items. You could write to him, or, I know Brian well and Ulstersongs (which I run) could obtain the tapes (if they are still available) for you. Subject: HELP: O'Rourke tapes of Irish songs From: Susan-Marie Date: 18 Apr 00 - 03:22 PM I have two Brian O'Rourke books of Irish songs: Blas Meala: A Sip from the Honey Pot, and Pale Rainbow: An Dubh ina Bhán (thanks for the recommendation, David). There are some great songs in there that I am dying to learn. I am told that there are tapes that accompany the books - anyone know where I can get them? Or if someone has the tapes, would you be willing to make copies (for your own personal use, of course) and loan them to me? Many thanks. |
