Subject: Pipers From: GUEST,flattop Date: 22 Apr 00 - 05:36 PM From today's Globe and Mail.... Also in Halifax, a former crew member of HMCS Preserver launched a lawsuit against Swissair, saying he has suffered severe emotional distress from retrieving body parts after Flight 111 crashed off Nova Scotia in September, 1998. Lorne Joudrey wants the airline to compensate him for pain and suffering, inconvenience, future care, loss of income and out-of-pocket expenses. Also suing Swissair: a couple of bagpipe players who say they lost out on tips when tourist traffic around Peggys Cove dried up in the wake of the crash.
